Immigrant Justice Corps ("IJC") is an innovative Fellowship program – the first of its kind in the country – dedicated to meeting the need for high quality legal assistance for immigrants seeking lawful status, a path to citizenship, and particularly fighting deportation. IJC pairs talented law and college graduates with leading legal service providers and community based organizations, in New York, New Jersey, Texas and soon Connecticut to help vulnerable immigrants navigate the complex immigration system. As the next generation of immigration lawyers and advocates, IJC Fellows remove barriers to justice and economic opportunity for immigrants pursuing the American dream.
